Grab a drink, and we’ll sit down for a phone chat so I can hear all about your wedding, and then explain my design process + services.
You pay a deposit, sign an e-contract, then I get working on your timelines and mail you a paper sample kit. This reserves the space on my production calendar, as I take on a limited number of weddings each year.
I’ll put together a custom proposal with estimates for everything we discussed on our call, all of which can be adjusted throughout our creative journey.

What is the difference between custom wedding stationery and ordering wedding invitations online?
When you work with a full-service wedding stationery designer, you're getting much more than an invitation design. I guide you through the entire process, from wording and etiquette to paper, printing methods, postage and all those little details you may not even know to think about. I also create a cohesive paper story that can carry from your save the dates and invitations through your wedding day details. My goal is to make the process creative, personal and, most importantly, easy for you. We are together from start to finish!

How much should I expect to spend on my wedding stationery?
Roseville Designs couples typically invest $3,000–$8,000 in their custom wedding stationery, which can include save the dates, invitations + day-of stationery. Pricing varies based on items needed, print method, quantities, etc., which is why I always put together a custom proposal after we have our phone consultation.

What print methods do you offer?
I offer digital printing, letterpress, foil stamping, engraving and thermography, and we'll work together to determine which printing method best fits your design, paper and budget!

Do I need to know exactly what I want before we start designing my wedding
invitations?
Not at all! Part of my job is helping you figure that out. I'll get to know you, your wedding, your venue and the overall feeling you want to create, then translate that into a stationery direction that feels like you.

Will you work with my wedding planner or coordinator?
Absolutely. I regularly collaborate with wedding planners + other vendors so your stationery feels connected to the overall wedding design. For day-of stationery and signage, I'll coordinate with your planner on details, quantities, deadlines and delivery so you aren't managing it all yourself.

When should I start working with a wedding stationery designer?
I recommend reaching out about your save the dates 10–12 months before your wedding, and your invitations 6–8 months before. That said, every wedding timeline is different, so don't worry if you're outside those windows! Reach out if you're interested in working together, and I'll let you know what makes sense based on your wedding date and stationery needs.
