Today I’m excited to finally share our Renaissance-inspired wedding styled shoot, recently featured in WellWed Hamptons Magazine. This past February I worked with Ashley Douglass and a bunch of talented vendors to bring this concept to life. I tried to channel the renaissance era, while keeping the ideas modern + accessible to brides. Leather details were found throughout the shoot, including a wonderfully worn piece of scrap leather that served as a “belly band” for the invitation suite. But my favorite detail was the scroll menus I created. Wax seal + glue gun + parchment paper = fine DIY fun. Check out all the great shots below, courtesy of my man Bruce Plotkin.
