Abigail’s Christening

This past Sunday my husband and I had our niece’s Christening. I wore two important hats that day: Godmother & event planner. My sister-in-law asked me to design the invitations and other goodies for Abigail’s big day and I’m excited to share it all with you! She wanted something “girly” in pinks and greens, and I drew inspiration from this gorgeous Lilly Pulitzer catalog page.

The result:

Here’s a look at the rest of the items I designed for the party…The kids received goody bags filled with pink and green candy. Parents enjoyed custom koozies with their adult beverage. Guests feasted on pulled pork sandwiches and freshly cooked corn on the cob, followed by beautiful (and delicious!) floral cupcakes. Children got to play on the bouncy castle and paint at their seats, while the adults sipped champagne and toasted good times with friends and family. It was a memorable day for a very special girl!
